Benirus Manor will likely not be the first house for sale you encounter as Anvil is all the way on the out on the coast, but it is the only house with an attached quest required to make it remotely livable.
The house is similar to the shack for sale in Imperial City, but has twice the floor space. It is also a good base of operations if a Thieves Guild member, as Luciana Galena, Thieves Guild fence, lives above.
Houses For Sale In Oblivionl
Located in the Waterfront District, is the Imperial City shack for sale. Unfurnished, it contains a bed and no storage containers. The container outside is unsafe for storage. The shack can be purchased for 2000 septims from Vinicia Melissaeia in the Office of Imperial Commerce.
The house you buy is located in the Waterfront district of the Imperial City amongst the other rundown shacks on the far side of the harbor wall. The next part of the quest involves furnishing your room. Go to the Three Brothers Trade Goods and talk to Sergius Verus. You'll notice that he has furnishings for sale at quite an expensive price. When you have the money, buy all of it to complete this quest. Don't forget to stop by your house anytime you want to sleep for free or need to store anything.
Despite the uproar, the Oblivion Horse Armor DLC was popular in sales, performing among the best of Bethesda's add-ons. Microsoft's model worked, and the industry seems to have noticed. Microtransactions didn't quite reach their current level of prominence until mobile games showed just how efficiently they could be implemented, but Bethesda's Horse Armor Pack was an important early example of small purchases' potential profit in big-budget games. Now, players are accustomed to spending even more on cosmetics in triple-A titles, such as $15 for armor skins in Destiny 2's Eververse store. 2ff7e9595c
